Q: What do you rent?
A: Balloon garlands, balloon arches, shimmer walls, balloon walls, balloon stacks, kids’ tables & chairs, and event styling add-ons. We can attach garlands to your own bounce house but do not rent inflatables.
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: Based in Acworth, GA — set-up included with all orders except for grab n’ go garlands. Small deliveries are free within 15 miles. Depending on the size of the order, a delivery fee may still apply. For areas outside that range, $1-2 will be charged per extra mile.

Q: How do I book?
A: Submit a request via email partypeachespartyrentals@gmail.com or call/text (678) 720-3220. We will communicate with you to discuss your vision. A deposit fee be invoiced to you, and once that is paid, we will create a simple mock-up to ensure we have all the details right. Once confirmed, we’ll send an invoice.
Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Yes — a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Remaining balance due 7 days before event.
Q: What payments are accepted?
A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for design planning.
Q: Can I pick my own balloon colors?
A: Yes! Most designs include up to 3 colors. Additional colors can be added for a small fee.
Q: Are florals included?
A: Faux florals and greenery are available as add-ons, with coverage options ranging from light to luxe.
🚚 Delivery & Setup
Q: Do you deliver and set up?
A: Yes! Most items include free delivery and setup when within 15 miles and if they fit in our van. Larger orders or extended distances may incur additional fees.
Q: What if I only want setup or breakdown?
A: Setup is included in the price for all items except Grab ‘n Go Garlands. Breakdown is included for items being returned. Optional return-only breakdown is available for a fee.
🎀 Balloon Garlands, Arches, columns, and walls
Q: Can I use these decorations outdoors?
A: Absolutely! Outdoor installations require extra securing and may include a fee. Balloons cannot be guaranteed to stay free of pops, especially outdoors in heat, sunlight, or wind. Chrome/specialty balloons are more fragile. Balloon shine is optional but not recommended outdoors. Our latex balloons can sometimes last up to 2-3 weeks indoors, but outdoors, you can expect 1 day. (but sometimes more depending on the weather).
🪑 Kids’ Tables & Chairs
All rentals include setup and teardown. White tables and chairs sized perfectly for little guests. Each table is 6′ long and can accommodate up to 10 kid’s chairs. Two tables put together side by side will hold up to 20 chairs, but will hold 18 more comfortably.
⚖️ Policies
All deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation is needed, we’ll do our best to reschedule based on availability. A rental agreement outlining safety and care policies is required.
