Q: What do you rent?
A: Balloon garlands, balloon arches, kids’ tables & chairs, and event styling add-ons. We can attach garlands to your own bounce house but do not rent inflatables.

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: Based in Acworth, GA — delivery included within 15 miles. A small delivery fee applies for areas outside that range.

🗓️ Booking & Payments

Q: How do I book?
A: Submit a request via email partypeachespartyrentals@gmail.com or call/text (678) 720-3220. Once confirmed, we’ll send an invoice.

Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Yes — a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Remaining balance due 48 hours before event.

Q: What payments are accepted?
A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

🚚 Delivery & Setup

All rentals include delivery, setup, and teardown (extra fees apply to addresses more than 15 miles from us). We’ll confirm exact timing the week of your event. Venue access and any permits are your responsibility.

🎀 Balloon Garlands & Arches

Garlands and arches are designed to add color and personality. Note: Balloons cannot be guaranteed to stay free of pops, especially outdoors in heat, sunlight, or wind. Chrome/specialty balloons are more fragile. Balloon shine is optional but not recommended outdoors.

🪑 Kids’ Tables & Chairs

All rentals include setup and teardown. White tables and chairs sized perfectly for little guests. Each table is 6′ long and can accommodate up to 10 kid’s chairs. Two tables put together side by side will hold up to 20 chairs, but will hold 18 more comfortably.

⚖️ Policies

All deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation is needed, we’ll do our best to reschedule based on availability. A rental agreement outlining safety and care policies is required.
